Hummingbird Coffee is a Puebla-based company that started operations in Atlixco in 2016. We offer fresh and innovative products that satisfy the tastes of our customers. Our variety of single-origin beans is a high-altitude coffee with a medium roast from Huitzilan de Serdán, located in the northeastern mountains of the state. This bean is distinguished by its unique acidity and fruity aromas, providing a delicate and friendly flavor to the palate. We offer drinks with or without caffeine, hot or cold, with or without sugar, catering to all preferences. In our food selection, you will find dishes with great flavor, designed for our customers—from the youngest to adults. Additionally, we offer desserts made in-house with high-quality ingredients. We provide a terrace, takeout service, and other amenities for your comfort.
