Founded in May 1972 by Dolores Hernández Silva, we have 50 years of experience with the recipe intact. We are distinguished by our unique flavor, which has become a benchmark of Atlixco cuisine, enjoyed by several generations of customers. At Enchiladas Lolita, we aim to highlight Mexican culture through both visual and taste experiences. We offer indoor and outdoor seating, with all health protocols in place, in a very pleasant and tranquil environment featuring picturesque colonial architecture with a rich history dating back to the 18th century. It’s the perfect combination for those looking to dine in a beautiful place with exquisite food.
